Jody Molchen
Founding Partner
Jody’s diverse range of professional experience, which includes 20 years in staffing, has given her the insight to place the right people into the right careers and improve the workforces of her clients. Her success at CCU, a company she helped found, is driven by the opportunity she gets to make a difference in people’s lives and the trusted relationships she continues to build with her clients. Jody has a BFA from Ohio State University and is an active member of the Ohio Staffing & Search Association, American Staffing Association, Human Resources Association of Central Ohio and local Chambers of Commerce.

 

 

Susan Morbitzer
Director, Business Development and Recruiting
Susan has over 15 years experience in Human Resources, Staffing and Business Development. She is an avid networker and leader in the Columbus community. Susan Co-chairs the Ambassador Council for the Columbus Chamber and actively participates in and leads a networking group in HRACO. She also participates in many associations in the Columbus area which is vital to sourcing the best candidates. Susan is a graduate of The Ohio State University in Business/Human Resources. She has experience in corporate and small business environments and has owned her own business, so she relates well to client needs in each situation. Susan is passionate about helping candidates find positions they will love and finding the best talent for clients to reduce turnover and improve efficiency.

 

 

Matt Wald
Advisor
Matt is an executive, entrepreneur, and consultant with expertise in knowledge management, social networking, business development, and early stage company development. He has been a leader in national and international companies ranging from $30M to $3B in revenue in the IT, telecommunications, and research and development industries. Matt is applying his experience as a consultant and former hiring manager to add to CCU's capabilities through the use of networking and value added services. Matt participates in the board of directors for Znode, Exacter, and the Central Ohio Diabetes Association, and has been a speaker at local and national technology events, including the National Defense University.
