Our Owners:

Jody Molchen and Leanne Swindler have over 15 years experience each in the staffing industry. It is a career field they both love because it gives them the chance to make a difference for both the businesses and placement candidates that they serve.

One of the things they enjoy the most about what they do is the relationships they form with the people they work with.

Jody Molchen, Founding Partner
An Ohio native, Jody graduated from The Ohio State University with a bachelor's degree in Fine Arts with additional courses in Business. After spending time in banking, sales for a local paper company and retail Jody began her career in the Columbus employment market.

Leanne Swindler, Founding Partner
Also an Ohio native, Leanne came to Columbus to attend OSU. After graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Leanne began her career in the staffing industry, working for two local staffing companies before starting Career Choices Unlimited with Jody in September 1998.

Dawn Palmer, Office Manager
Dawn Palmer has over 10 years office management experience. Dawn joined Career Choices Unlimited on St. Patrick’ s Day – 2008! But it’s no blarney, Dawn enjoys working with our clients and candidates. Dawn has been a great addition to Career Choices Unlimited, making sure things run smoothly.

Jan Burleigh, Recruiter / Marketing Specialist
Jan Burleigh, PHR has been in the Human Resources field for over 10 years, specializing in recruitment and training. Currently, Jan is the owner of Career Kinetics (career coaching service) and works with Career Choices, Unlimited as a Recruiter/Marketing Specialist. Helping others find their first job or their dream job is what puts a smile on Jan’s face!
